About Maxify Global
Maxify Global is a technology and software development company providing:
- AI Automation Services (Zapier, ChatGPT, workflow automation)
- Microsoft 365/Power Apps development and solutions
- Custom website, mobile app, and SaaS platform development
- Multiple B2C and B2B SaaS products including Schollarr, SesonApp, Maxify Tickets, Maxify Books, and others
These Terms apply only to the Maxify Global main website and business services.
Each SaaS product may have its own additional Terms and policies.
Eligibility & User Obligations
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Not misuse, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems
You agree to be responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Payments, Billing & Subscription Terms
Maxify Global may offer paid services, one-time fees, subscription plans, or marketplace transactions.
Payment Processing
We use secure third-party processors such as:
- Flutterwave
- Stripe
- Paystack
- Other global gateways
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support.
- Failure to complete payment may result in temporary suspension of Service access.

- Service fees are refundable only before work begins.
- SaaS subscriptions are generally non-refundable except for specific circumstances.
- Payment processor fees are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided by Maxify, including software, code, graphics, logos, training materials, documentation, and automation templates, are the exclusive property of Maxify Global.
You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use our materials for the duration of your Service access but may not:

- Sell
- Modify
- Distribute
- Reverse-engineer
without written permission.
All trademarks, service marks, and names used on the site remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Tools & Integrations Disclaimer
Our Services may integrate with tools such as:
- Zapier
- Microsoft 365
- Google APIs
- Payment processors
- Third-party data storage providers
You acknowledge that:
- These platforms have their own terms and policies
- Maxify is not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in third-party systems
- Your use of third-party tools is at your own discretion

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the user for the Service.

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
Modification of Services & Terms
Maxify may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
We may also update these Terms when necessary.

Suspension & Termination of Accounts

- You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
- Required payments are not completed

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
- The Federal Republic of Nigeria (African operations)
- The Province of Ontario, Canada (North America operations)
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or competent courts in these jurisdictions.
